A valid credit, debit card, or Venmo is required to guarantee and pay for your Rolling Video Games Colorado event reservation. Event times are not guaranteed until full payment is made.

You will not receive a refund should you cancel the reservation within 30 days of your scheduled event. There will be a $25 cancellation fee for all parties or events canceled after payment is received. Rolling Video Games Colorado will make every effort to reschedule and/or postpone your event to another date with no penalty, should cancellation be necessary.

Our mobile game theater is insulated and climate-controlled with air-conditioning and heating. In the event of severe weather (strong wind, snow, ice, etc...) that makes traveling to your location dangerous or could create an unsafe situation at your location, we reserve the right to reschedule your event.

Rolling Video Games Colorado reserves the right to refuse service to clients and event attendees if we observe behavior that we deem to be a potential threat to our staff, guests, equipment, or the public. Such behavior includes but is not limited to, obvious intoxication, observed or suspected illegal drug use, aggressive language or acts, and unsafe surroundings. If the situation is not corrected, we may delay or cancel an event. 

Rolling Video Games Colorado, Michael Magnuson, or any RVG CO employees will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the theater in a specific location. This includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment damage. Additionally, Rolling Video Games Colorado reserves the right to charge the client’s credit card for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by clients’ guests. This includes damage and/or theft of items such as television units, game consoles, game controllers, game discs.  Replacement charges will be based on current retail price of the damaged/missing item (Wal-Mart, Best Buy, etc.) and will be charged to the client’s credit or debit card accordingly. Rolling Video Games Colorado, Michael Magnuson, or any RVG CO employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the clients property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries are the sole responsibility of the client and/or host.

We do not allow any food, drink, candy, gum, smoking, etc.... in the mobile game theater.

The mobile game theater is designed to be parked on the street with safe sidewalk access to event guests.  If conditions upon our arrival render safe parking unavailable, customers have the option of moving the event to a nearby location suitable for parking.

Rolling Video Games Colorado is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make event reservations with Rolling Video Games Colorado as simple as possible and to enhance your overall experience. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

While your party is in effect the Game Coach may be taking pictures of the party inside/outside the trailer. You will then be able to view these pictures on Rolling Video Games Colorado's Facebook Page and copy them to your files. If you do not want our Game Coach taking these pictures or posting them on the Facebook Page, please notify us via Email prior to the party. This is a service we provide to our guests so they can be sure to capture their party as it happens.

Rolling Video Games Colorado will not play any “M” rated or higher game in the video game theater without a request from the client before the party/event or adult approval at the time of the event. If you wish to have an “M” rated game or higher at your party/event please send an Email to rollingvideogamescolorado@gmail.com indicating the game(s) you prefer. It is also recommended that all clients Email Rolling Video Games Colorado with their game requests.
